| 根据 UN COMTRADE数据库，研究了 RCEP 7个谈判方的农产品出口技术水平与结构，研究结果表明：日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰的农产品出口技术结构较高，中国、印度和东盟的农产品出口结构相对偏低；样本期内 RCEP谈判方农产品出口的总体技术水平在提高，中国农产品出口技术水平与日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新西兰、东盟之间的差距仍在扩大，中国与这些 RCEP谈判方在农产品出口上互补特征更为明显；中国对日本、韩国、新西兰、澳大利亚出口的农产品以中等技术农产品为主，对印度和东盟出口的农产品以中低技术和低技术农产品为主，样本期内中国对这些谈判方的农产品出口技术水平总体提升，但低技术农产品出口份额仍然较高。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the UN COMTRADE data, this paper studies the agricultural exports technology level and structure of seven RCEP negotiators. The results show that the agricultural product export technical structures of Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand are higher, while those of China, India and ASEAN are relatively low; the technology levels of all negotiators are improving; despite the technology level of China’s agricultural exports continue to improve, but its gap with Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN is still large which shows there exists complementary relationship between them. China’s exports to Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand are mainly medium-technology agricultural products and China’s exports to India and ASEAN are mainly lower-technology agricultural products. The technology levels of China’s agricultural exports to other negotiators are improving, but the low technology agricultural products are still occupying a certain proportion. |
